This specially adapted and immersive version ,viscerally brings to life Shakespeare’s tragic tale of greed, ambition and ultimate downfall. The production will be staged in our Studio Theatre and we regret that there is no wheelchair access to this venue. Performances start at 7.30pm on 3rd-7th Feb with a 2.30pm matinee on the 8thFeb. THE FATHER, by Florian Zeller, in this English translation by Christopher Hampton, was commissioned by the Ustinov Studio, Theatre Royal, Bath and premiered in October 2014. The production transferred to the Tricycle Theatre, London, in May 2015. It was awarded the Molière Award for Best Play 2014.

However, their plans go awry and it’s a race to keep their audience from guessing the truth of the matter.
