Save the Cinema

Inspired by the life of Liz Evans, a hairdresser and linchpin to the local Carmarthen
community, her mission is to stop The Lyric Cinema being demolished. A
phone call later and one of Hollywood’s elite agree to offer a very special treat for
Carmarthen, but does this help save the cinema. A rare opportunity to see this
feel-good British drama, based on true events, previously only available on Sky
Movies. Starring Samantha Morton and Jonathan Pryce.
All films are shown on our 16ft screen with high quality digital projection and sound
in our 170 seat auditorium. Tickets are just £5.00 and performances start at 7.30pm.
